Can anyone help me with advice on skin care and products.?
I decided to start dealing of my skin properly. Im 22 and I still get spots and I have acne scars that I cover with makeup .. However, I just started using "Neutrogena Micro-dermabrasion, and work to make myself feel good and my face. Just ask these things well. How many times a day do I clean my face with a product? What is a good all over body moisturizer? Should I use anti-aging creams at my age? Can firming lotions be used as body lotions? And are they worth using at age 22? So instead of twice moisturizer I use sunscreen in the morning instead of my usual moisturizer. I use "50 + Nivea light feeling lotion. Any other help and advice appreciated.
Right. Well. To take care of the skin, you need a good routine care. Here's an example: Morning: Wash face with warm water and facial cleanser. Hydrate (if you live in a warm place, use sunscreen) Always pat your face with a towel, do not rub. Put makeup. Evening: Use makeup wipe to remove most makeup. Wash your face again. Once a week, use a scrub or a face mask. Hydrate (do not use sunscreen this time) Apply any spot treatments (creams etc.) for use during the night. I can not stress how important moisturizing, never skip this step, even if you have oily skin or if you do not feel like you need it. You do not need to bother with anti-aging creams At your age, just use a good moisturizer unscented. To deal with the rest of your body skin, just wash every day, use scrubs, but not often, maybe once a week, and moisturize every day or 2. You can find some good recipes for masks beauty online if you do not want to buy one, just search google "recipes mask" they are usually made from ingredients you already have in your home or be able to buy in any supermarket.
