Anti-age at the end of adolescence?
I'll be 18 in two weeks. I am a moderator of life, so I'm slowing aging As far as I can, and stay young as long as possible. Obviously, when your age, anti-aging can take several forms, but is it possible to 17/18? Calorie restriction, diet, exercise, supplements, etc. .. to slow the aging for those who have not yet begun decline? I understand that I am far from being "old" yet, but what I am doing is to protect young as long as possible, extend the life and stay "young" and healthy as long as possible. it is possible to "slow down" the aging along a relative scale …. Im wondering if it works when you're not down
